I started training with Jagoda at the beginning of 2022. I wanted a Personal Trainer at the time as I wanted to lose weight. Since seeing Jagoda, my goals have changed and she helped me focus more on being healthy, strong and content with my own body and self. I have lost over 10 kilos since training with her but it was not the main reason why I have been training with her. When I train I feel strong, I enjoy that my body can do things it once couldn’t do and my overall mental health has improved. About 10 months ago with Jagoda’s help I found out I was coeliac and had hormonal disorder which was contributing to my weight gain and overall health. Jagoda has helped me with my lifestyle change – including helping me with my gluten free meal plan and overall helping me with the stress of my hormonal disorder. She has not only helped me with training but has helped me holistically since seeing her. She has taught me that a healthy lifestyle is a lot more than working out.

Since training with her I have been going to the gym four times per week, sticking to a meal plan throughout the week and learnt to be more prepared and committed by setting weekly goals.
